Full Circle Massage Therapy

45 minute Relaxation or Therapeutic treatment.

Relaxation massage is aimed at decreasing your stress response, using Swedish Massage techniques in a slow and rhythmic manner. 
Therapeutic massage is targeting areas of concern using both Swedish and Non Swedish massage techniques that allow the body to both relax and you leave feeling refreshed and relieved of pain and tenderness. An orthopedic assessment is done prior to treatment that will pinpoint the target areas allowing me to plan and safely treat your body. 

There is also the option of a combination massage which is the most popular option among my clients giving you both full relaxation and having problem areas treated.

All massages are combined with Reiki giving an even larger sense of well being that lets you leave your stress at the door.

Reiki promotes healing and is also a form of stress reduction. In many of us our energies are out of balance and not working at their full potential. I use energy to rebalance and align your chakras, remove negative energy and allow positive energy to fill the spaces.
